My friend and co-worker Bas Zwerver asked me to make him a brand-identity, consisting of a logo, a business card and spreads for a book. And thus, well, i did.
The logo is a camera with the b of his name carved out. Set in black. A simple, stylish and expensive look.
My goal was a modern and even slightly futuristic look. I often find straight forward, elegant and modern looks to be awkwardly symmetrical. Thus i added the little notch for some excitement and some extra visual interest.
