Hundreds of letters, notes, readings. Postcards, articles, papers. You can sum up Roman Ingarden Digital Archive in one sentence: resources that the research team of the Jagiellonian University has discovered and collected. Our main challenge during archive development was to enable the user to use precise and easy-to-use search tools while maintaining an attractive visual form.

RIDA is both a traditional and modern site built with the support of WordPress CMS.
We worked with its native functions (tweaking the WP_Query and taxonomies system). We based the front-end on the legendary Masonry.js and Viewer.js scripts. The team of the Digital Archives of Roman Ingarden has also received a robust importer that allows transferring data into the system from CSV files.
