Given only two letters, the objective was to create a balanced and readable letter combination while keeping the integrity of each letter. tNo rulers, erasers, compass were used in the early stages. This was a sixteen week process of sketching, exploring, refining, vectoring and self-critiquing.   

Contrast, a balanced composition, shape, readability, and form are what I focused on to design my final solution of the final design. I believe an audience is able to read both letters at same time, without either letter dominating the field.  

 My final letter combination holds a lot of contrast: serif/san-serif, capital/lower-case, curves/corners, small/large, and black/white.
