I completed my garment for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women competition. I wanted to challenge Philadelphia University's concept of evening wear by bringing an androgynous touch to make the garment more inclusive. Inspired by the beauty and strength of the gender non-conforming people in my life mixed with the power engraved in Annie Lennox's silhouettes in the 80's here is my Red Dress.
