Task: Inside-out food package design.
We all live in the world of brands. You know, "added value", "self identification" and stuff like that. But what really matters is what is inside the product. So why don't we talk about it in the first place? What if we create an inside out package design by moving ingredients of the product from the back to the front? If so – how can we make such identity more informative and recognizable at the same time?
These questions formed the basis of our new 6 hour task – Simple Food – a brand of food and trade stores. Just simple products, no chemicals, pure ingredients and minimum of processing. Simple Food package design just tells you about ingredients and doesn't try to make up a more complex and sugar-coated story. If a sandwich is good you don't need to know anything else besides what it is made of.
Simple Food – good ingredients and nothing else.
