This rendering was done for a multi use space in a senior living community that needed a major upgrade. This view is the first thing guests and family members see when they enter the building and past the fireplace is a cafe and dining area. The owners were looking for a cozy and inviting feeling to give their guests and family members upon arrival while keeping the space open and light. The physical sample board highlights the cozy textures and rich colors of the fabrics, while giving the client a better view of the actual furniture pieces selected for the space.
