Drawlingo

This is the very first game created by me with the Gravity Pixels team. It is a browser game, where you have to draw a given word, while the others must guess. The game is still active, and you can play it here: https://drawlingo.com/. I envisioned it as a game that kids used to play in school, so the whole interface gravitates around this idea.
The very first challenge was designing the logo. It had to encompass the ideas of "drawing" and "fun". Starting from a stylized "D" in the shape of a pencil's tip, adding some fancy-shaped letter in the same style with a hatching effect....and there was it:
Since it reminded me so much of school, the background has the texture of a desk, filled with "gibberish" drawings. That was a bit difficult, because I had to revert to a 9-10 years old kid's style.
The rest of the game's UI sums elements usually found on schools' desks, turned into buttons, functions, windows.
