Vélo is a race handcycle, design for people with leg immobility, made from fiberglass, light in weight makes this handcycle reach high speeds.
It uses a retractable mechanism adapted to a bicycle ratchet, this allows the person to use it like a pulley row, instead of the common bicycle
pedal and crank arm, the handlebar can be elevated for a better clearence when seating.
