The Human Rights Information Center (HRIC) is a public organization engaged in educational, monitoring and advocacy activities in the field of human rights. The International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) is a non-governmental organization providing financial and operational assistance to the development of an open and democratic society in Ukraine.
The brochure is a description of the first attempts to implement the Community Policing (reform of the law enforcement system) in different regions of Ukraine. It presents 9 problems in different cities, as well as ways of how they are overcome through the cooperation of citizens and law enforcement.
Our challenge was to present the results of the study, preserving the balance between the given accurate data and the experiences of specific people to maintain accuracy, as well as the text perviousness. A particularly important task was to create a minimalist, but bright design, through which specific cities would be recognizable.
