The SFH do+ toolkit is a set of nudges to simple actions that will make you happy, and also spread happiness around you. It can be used as an ice-breaker, as daily tasks, or as small gifts instead of greeting cards.

The kit has been derived from the extensive research and analysis on the topic of Happiness conducted as a part of a system design project.
