Design Scheme - The Pink Mirror Color Theory

Kica Active(Gym Wear Brand) store design scheme at DLF Promenade

A small retail space(10' x 12' ) catering to the new women athleisure brand in the capital. With a high demand for storage and changing room , the exhibited gym wear has been designed with three hanging steel nodes with basic geometric shaped rose gold mirrors adding the horizontal volume to the small spacea and simultaneously the single piece customized rose-gold mirror ceiling has been introduced to add vertical volume and make doubled volume interactions in this small kiosk arena . 

Initiating and borrowing  a scheme from the classic color theory of using a simple color in its most effective, honest and visually engaging way was the basic principle behind this concept. One of the toughest palettes to architecturally conduct  is the monochromatic one as the approach to a shade like pink is to use the right shade/ tone / tint of that particular selected variation to build a design theme around it for a harmonious and cohesive look.  Also help in drawing attention to the kiosk but at the same time letting the content shine and stand out. The other major idea of creating the pink monochrome smash was to help KICA ACTIVE associate itself to a specific memorable color for the people  to associate with. Hence the idea of playing with the color theory was not only to simplify a busy design but also to capture the attention and lure the passersby  into this small cute kiosk.
