Debora L. Stewart is an abstract pastel artist living and working in Iowa. She has exhibited her award winning pastels in the Midwest. She has been the recipient of awards from Pastel Journal Magazine in the annual Pastel 100 Competition. Her work is intuitive and expressive and based in nature. The pastel paintings are created with soft pastel on sanded paper. The finished paintings are mounted on archival board before framing.
