Esplanada Granja Julieta condominium consists of four building towers. Each tower have a name bird (chopi blackbird, hummingbird, swallow and orange-headed thrush) every afternoon is very common to see many swallows flying between buildings. So I chose two elements to make up the brand. For the first element of the structure I used the swallow, while for the second element I used the pinwheel, and so I composed the main drawing using primary and secondary colors, because, in addition to adults, children will interact in the garden creating awareness of planting and care environment.
The main objective was to create an identity to be conceptually integrated with the garden design and the name of the buildings without losing the main characteristics of community, ecological, nature and social work.
The end result of this work was extremely satisfactory because in addition to working such organic elements I involved many occult concepts such as the four birds, the gaps between the birds symbolized the four physical buildings, the center of the symbol (pinwheels + birds) symbolized the union and the whole pinwheel set.
The logo was very well accepted and applied to various internal pieces, such as murals, elevator, social media and other printed pieces for administrative use.
