Существующее положение I Present situation:
Проектируемый участок располагается в центральной части г. Севастополь. С Восточной части ограничен набережной Корнилова, с Западной - Карантинной бухтой, с Севера окружен Севастопольской бухтой, с Юга примыкает к частному сектору. На данный момент на участке расположены производственные площади МО РФ, институт Биологии южных морей и Морской гидрофизический институт РАН, два мемориальных памятника «Штык и парус», «Солдат и матрос» и недостроенный музей обороны Севастополя. В Северо-западной части располагается яхт-клуб с сохраненной «10-й оборонительной батареей». На данной территории преобладают северо-восточные ветра. Рельеф участка умеренный с северо-восточной и западной части обрыв. Урбанизированная территория располагается с восточной части от участка проектирования. Примыкает к бухте Артиллерийской набережной и площадью «300-летия Российского флота».
The projected site is located in the central part of the city of Sevastopol. From the eastern part is bounded by the Kornilov quay, with the Western - Quarantine bay, from the North it is surrounded by the Sevastopol bay, from the South it adjoins the private sector. At the moment there are production areas of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Biology of the Southern Seas and the Marine Hydrophysical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, two memorial monuments "Bayonet and Sail", "Soldier and Sailor" and the unfinished defense museum of Sevastopol. In the north-western part there is a yacht club with a stored "10th defensive battery". Northeast winds predominate on this territory. The relief of the site is moderate from the northeastern and western parts of the precipice. The urbanized territory is located from the eastern part of the design area. Adheres to the bay of the Artillery embankment and the square of the "300th anniversary of the Russian fleet."

3. ПАРК. Формирование основной пешеходной связи, объединяющей зрелищные объекты.
4. ПЕШЕХОДНАЯ ЗОНА. Создание вдоль пешеходных улиц зон отдыха, озеленения и объектов обслуживания.
5. ПРОЕЗЖАЯ ЧАСТЬ. Создание безопасной уличной сети путем разграничения транспортных, велосипедных и пешеходных потоков.
