Honor graduate of the School of Applied Cryptologic Science and the Department of Defense Language Institute at Presidio of Monterey, California for Spanish and Russian.  Served as a Navy Cryptologic Technician, advancing to division supervisor.  Focus on radio wave propagation and signal multiplexing, data collection, cryptanalysis, report writing and delivery, tactical and strategic studies.
