I have been studying automotive cgi for the past 2 months, huge thanks to Grant Warwick for his top quality teachings and Dmitriy Ten for showing his insight into his work flows, techniques, and tips. This is a collection of renders over the past couple weeks.Textured and rendered in Redshift.   

What I spent most my time on was developing the most realistic car paint I possibly could and after making 50-60 different variations and going through trial and error. Came to the conclusion that nothing will be as good as a scan in cgi, too much detail and complexity to capture. But I tried my best to get as close as possible.
