Created using scraps of super 8mm film which were then digitised by simply recording a projection with an old DSLR.
For this project I chose to limit myself to the interplay and layering of lo-fi analogue and digital characteristics (frame rates, grains and exposures) to generate its own look rather than utilising the usual cluster of digital tools. By occasionally abstracting the everyday images within the frame, the medium draws attention to itself in an attempt the become the subject matter.
