The message of the poster:
There are seven billion people on the Earth and each one of us is different. We have different cultures, different point of view about life, politics, religion. This diversity gives life to the world and makes it colourful. Sadly these differences are often used to build walls between us. Everyone is the same as a human being. No matter which nationality, sexual orientation, religion or any kind of social distinction.
Everyone should accept each other on the human level.
