IDENTITY & CAMPAIGN XAYBA FOOTWEAR - LAUNCH

Led the successful B2B & B2C strategic branding design and differentiation for their launch in the European and USA markets; translating client business objectives into functional requirements; from branding, logo design, web UX/UI and visual design, persona, style, voice as well as brand and product photography, and website UX / UI / visual design.

Type and size of Client:
Shoe manufacturer family business owned by the Di Loreto family. Arriving from Italy (1940's) established a small manufacturing plant of safety footwear steel-caps in a country then was then strongly developing its oil and manufacturing industries. The business grew and consolidated gaining leadership in the South American continent. While maintaining its roots in Venezuela, some family members seeked to develop new projects and ideas in Europe and XAYBA was created.

Role and responsibilities:
Contracted as Art Director / Lead Designer for the launch of their products in the European and USA markets.

SCOPE:
Phase 1.- PROJECT PLANNING
• Establish the reason-why, assumption, objectives and specific goals of the project and definition of problem (s) to be addressed.
• Define the target audience to which the promotion project is directed.
• Research the existing opposition - everything that makes the target audience not acquire the product / prefer to acquire another.
• Develop the project brief (a basic work document in which the elements that are considered necessary for the execution of the project are reflected in writing).

Phase 2.- CREATION
• Develop the Basic Creative Proposal: The benefits of the product should be defined based on the brand's creative proposal.
• Create and develop the Key Message: Its development is fundamental because it is the one that reaches the target audience and the one that will allow us to achieve our objectives.
• Logo and Brand Identity Design: To obtain an effective brand, a memorable name and a slogan or must be combined with the logo design which should be instantly recognizable and original.
• Photography: A total of 114 photos for use, including: Studio product shots on a neutral background, location shots of products with models and support and detail shots.

Phase 3.- DESIGN AND LAUNCH
1. Logo and Brand Identity Design
Design of the Brand's Identity and Uses Manual
2. Website Design
Layout design and UX/UI prototyping of content sections, product catalog, and product details.
Production of all graphic UI elements for website (following website developer specs).
Web development (WordPress) executed by external specialized company, including: 
Adapting the graphic design received in images, to the structure of the page.Migrating text and product information content Server configuration, domain redirection, email account configuration, installing web page, installing administrator Adapting of Google Analytics for the registry of visits. ​​​​​​​
