RENESA ARCHITECTURE DESIGN INTERIORS STUDIO's The Brick Rouge' is an understanding of the brick by brick design culture that flourished in the late 90's. The Brick Rouge had a very simple and a honest design philosophy of playing with solid volume cuts. The house was commissioned for the European Union Ambassador in New Delhi.Hence, the design character of the house had to be slick and elegant.
The exposed brickwork concept merged with the open landscaped courtyard spaces gave a very light feeling to the ambiance of the Brick Rouge. The exterior facade treatment was punctured architecturally to let as much light and air into the solid volume.
The interiors for the same followed a classical feel with the play of ethnically accessories merging into the tropical surroundings caused by the open courtyards in the house.
