Making a coffee shop on a bicycle is a tall order. Efficiency in design become absolutely paramount and we learned a lot of lessons in the build. The industrial bike was fitted with a custom pan and box and can accommodate gas and electric appliances. The bike was fully functional in Boise's downtown with a full pour over bar, espresso drinks, and local pastries. As street vending gains popularity in the United States, we are sure to see more of these fun, versatile designs!
