[It is a design for Korea that lacks public trash cans.]
Korea distributes many flyers from the streets.
I have created a place where people can throw out flyers that they do not need.
It is rotatable so that the trash can is conveniently emptied.
Like a swing.
A solar battery allows the LED to turn on.
At night, the location of the garbage can be indicated by led.
