Tilt Shift Video. I found myself watching hours of traffic cameras in India and China. It was constant chaos and I'm not even sure it was rush hour. I had an idea of taking the footage and applying a tilt shift effect and mimicking what it's like here in the south when they even mention snow. We get REAL crazy, real quick.
