When Viraj Estates came to Beyondesign for a new identity design, they wanted a high-end, simple and corporate look for the brand.

A real estate company is all about building something awe-inspiring using small building blocks. Thus, the logo I designed is also made up of building blocks. It represents stability as well as cutting edge design and technology.

The colours were inspired from the values of Viraj Estates: trustworthy, progressive and innovative. The warm grey shows stability and trust, whereas the orange denotes progressive, dynamic and forward-thinking.
I created two variations for the logo- digital and print. The digital logo has cutting-edge lines that can move and create a dynamic feel. The print version has a single orange colour.
