App concept and presentation
Ahgora Systems is a technology company that builds time clocks and employee tracking systems. They had an idea for a time sheet app that would be integrated with their time clock systems and wanted to show it in a Human Resources Convention that happens yearly in Brazil (CONARH).
I was assigned to a team of one salesperson, project owner and content writer, and given two weeks to develop the idea, map differentials over competitors and design a presentation system and material. Our goal was to get feedback from potential buyers and make sure it was a tool worth building.
The result were a mobile and desktop screen to represent the app concept visually, infographics and charts used by the sales team to explain how the time clock and time sheet integration would work, three videos used exclusively in the convention and last, a simple game for tablets that explained the importance of tracking extra working hours and regular ones differently.
