I reached out to Jelly Marketing who were hosting CIMC to see if I could make their speakers some sweet treats.  I really wanted to make them unique and get the speakers to notice the them. What better way then to put their own face on a cookie! 

Not all of the profile images I received were large enough or good enough quality to be posterized, so for those individuals I wrote their names in royal icing.  Each cookie was approx 5.5" in diameter and was double sided.  All the cookies had the CIMC logo on the back. Made out of sugar cookie with royal icing.
