Method 3: Using a PC and Video Capture Device
Last, but not the least, this is the most practical and most common way of transferring data from VHS to DVD. In this method, one has to connect the VCR with a computer system with a video capture device. This device records the VHS video to the hard drive of the computer system and then it is written on the blank DVD.
