I got a task: to make a logo in the pastel shades of a lavender / blue color offered by the client, with laconic forms. The logo should convey tenderness and love to the client.

Firstly I took into account the target audience of the beauty salon, which mostly consists of women. The overall image of a woman and tenderness - is a flower. The name of the project is "Imbir" ( trans. from Russian “Ginger”) is a plant that we know mainly the root, but it also has a lot of flowers with petals pointed oval shape.

So, as the basis for the logo icon, I took the shape of a ginger flower.

The salon is aimed at various depilation procedures, which means smoothly curved forms. Therefore, the flower is created in the form of a circle, does not have sharp corners and straight lines. The font also has rounded lines of letters with smooth serifs.
