Motherly Gospel

There are endless methods and books on how to raise a child. Parents  want their child to become a good person, they all want to do a good job. And parents spend endless time guilty over not being a good enough parents. But in the end, what truly stays with you? What is the actual legacy of your parents?

This work highlights three sentences from my mother that have stayed with me into my adult life. Advice I still use and advice I give my children and others. The question is however if this the motherly gospel my mother wanted.
