Yossi Meystel is the Owner of YAM Management, LLC and serves as its President. Mr. Meystel Founded YAM Management LLC in 2006. He oversees the daily operations of 16 nursing home facilities. He takes care of finances for each, dealing with banks and other lenders and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Working with the public daily, he possesses experience assisting people with finding homes for their loved ones. In many cases, families choose nursing homes after medical emergencies take place or other similar stressful situations occur. In each instance, he practices patience and courtesy, delivering the important information about his facilities with tact, including logistics such as size, layout, cost, and services rendered. The nursing homes, he manages typically function as person-centered.
