Bath & Body Works Store Support Design released training materials with each product line or “theme”. These were usually created to train the Store Associates and get them excited about the upcoming product line. Although each theme required a specific look to go along with the product packaging, the materials were often a Product Guide, Poster, Product Experience Station, and Demo Tracker.
For each theme, a poster and demo tracker were designed. The poster was created to give them a general feel of the upcoming product line and the Demo Tracker helped the Associate keep track of their customer interactions and Sales. Some themes required additional tools because they were major launches. These tools were created in collaboration with a team of Learning Designers who wrote all the copy.
