An old '80s apartment block in down-town was converted into a contemporary, 21st century hotel. The area thatonce was a popular, upmarket area was left in neglect, butthe move of the Department of Trade and Industry back to the area induced amuch needed resurgence. The shopping centre below the hotel was once an iconic,modern cinema complex and the shoppingcentre also received a much needed upgrade.
