This project required not only the design of a novel piece of furniture, but also the design and formulation or my own material from which to make it. In the end a combination of corn starch, bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and glycerine produced a lovely porcelain-like effect. The design is inspired by ocean plant-life as the name suggests.
