My personal logo, and business card design.
My logo concept was born out of an idea that I had while playing around with my initials in thumbnail sketches.
I saw a visual in my initials K and P when aligned as seen above.

For whatever reason, the thought of the imagery I had discovered, reminded me of the practice of alchemy. Alchemy being a subject I find great fascination with, it felt right when I applied the analogy of design elements to the traditional 4 elements at the basis of all alchemical practice.
The overlapping triangles represent each element. up facing = Fire, down facing = Water, up facing with strike = Air, down facing with strike = Earth. The idea stuck with me and also received good feedback from peers.
