Recording Session (The Dope Sessions)

Listening to playback, this close up of the musician is helping tell the story of the concentration that is needed for the recording of songs for an album.

Recording with Ableton software is trying to show the process that the bandmates are going through to produce their songs. The visual of the actual recording software is trying to give a little exposition of the overall story.
Guitar pics is showing a window into the recording room and process. Trying to show the color contrast between the guitar pics and the black ottoman.
Emphasis on the pedal board is also showing a glimpse into the recording process. Also using a little bit of a line aesthetic for the shot as well.
The keyboard is integral in the process for the band, so I'm showing it as one of the instruments used to record the album. Trying to utilize both rhythm and unity in this shot.
Another keyboard used to record the album, this shot is showing the instruments that were used in the production. This shot hopefully shows balance in its composition, as well as unity.
Showing an emphasis on one of the musicians involved with the production. This shot is showing the preparation before recording, showing the person cleaning his instrument before recording.
Another musician shot used to show another person involved with the production. A balanced shot giving the overall feel of the production process.
Soundboard and keyboard showing an emphasis on the recording side of the production. Showing unity with the cords in the shot.
A balanced shot giving an overall view of one of the parts of the studio. Using this shot to give a sense of the beginning of the production and a glimpse into the studio setting itself.
