We identified three key users we needed to target—B2B companies, business owners, and end-consumers. These three key groups can be found across 5 service categories—brands, agencies, events, venues, and weddings. We surfaced their needs to understand what content would be the most effective way to reach and relate to them. While the product is a photo printer, we had to communicate clearly that it is a service provided which is able to meet all their needs and help achieve their social marketing goals.
