Shortly about the brand...

Švietimo Gidas is a non profit organisation established in Lithuania at 2016. A few people noticed that there are no proper education on parenting in Lithuania, they decided to build a community which would help to solve this issue - Švietimo Gidas. In addition to this idea they also added that people could be able to rate and review schools, schools activities, teachers, and even some other education parts.

Behind the identity...

From the start they wanted something with compass. Main idea is that it educates people, that is represented by the smaller yellow arrow and the bigger arrow pointing to the top (green arrow). Typeface chosen is Avenir - timeless and distinctive, neatly working together in combination with the symbol. Education is based on system, I used thin lines across logo to represent that system and also make logo look professional and minimalistic. Symbol and word mark can be used separately, allowing logo to be flexible in all instances.

Feedback

"Was a pleasure to work together with Lukas. From the beginning we contacted Lukas, to ask him create our brand identity. Very much enjoyed designer's creativity access and having an opinion of his own. Variants were offered always on time (which were more than we expected) some of them surprised us by it's originality. Besides we obtained well reasoned opinion about different design models presented. We definitely recommend."
