Every job done at the Ministry of Health of Brazil had to be documented, a way to meet this demand was to create a theme based on the bootstrap.

We define several elements, such as, grid, font size, word quantities by lines, colors, tables, label and etc all based on css.

So we got a theme so that developers could streamline and insert new elements based on classes and id based on a familiar tool.
