The location of the house in close to the sea. The concept chosen fully represents the lifestyle and individualities of its habitants. Design is made with the elements of Modern style. It is emphasized by structures and colors use. The house consists of three levels. The ground floor is made of open plan. It unites kitchen, dinning room, billiard and spa zones, making it all ergonomic. The oceanic aquarium built-in in kitchen area facing dinning room and living room, makes a great accent. The kitchen is divided into two parts - front and island zones. Then there stands a fireplace with travertine finishing. It makes the compositional part of the living room complete.
The stylish accents are the table and the armchair by Andrew Martin. The rooms’ finishing is done with concrete (floor), natural slate stone and travertine (walls). A good addition to it is veneer sheets on the ceiling and on the column. The second floor is particularly divided into entrance group and master block. The space consists of the bedroom, the master bathroom, the dressing room and the cabinet. The warm atmosphere of this zone is made by usage of natural finishing materials. There is natural wood on the floor and walls, there is marble in the bathroom.
Dynamic textures are combined with the light walls and the ceiling with the volumetric architectural elements. The individually made furniture and lighting complete the general composition. On the third level there is the guest area. Two bedrooms with the huge terrace, guest bathroom and the gym make the space be functional. Additionally, we should mention the finishing of the stairway, which connects all the levels of the house.
The glass with wooden framing and freely put lights create the unique image to the stairs area. Complete interior and stylistic solutions, right functional purpose of the space, good combining of the furniture items draw the unique image of the architectural area comfort for the habitants and the guests of the private house.
