Frank Monte of Centurion earned his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2005, the same year he founded the highly successful Black Sand Real Estate. In spite of the tumult of the time, Monte was able to lead his company toward considerable success, as well as to establish himself as a savvy and skilled entrepreneur.
