Rita is a 23 year-old biologist and she’s almost finishing a Masters in Applied Ecology. She has a course in dog training and she’s starting her own business in this field. Her passion for animals started when she watched BBC wildlife documentaries when she was 6 and now her dream is to go to a savanna to watch wild animals such as elephants and lions.

We went to beach by a refinery in Leça da Palmeira, near Porto, Portugal. The towers were all over the place, making me shoot really closely - hence hardly any background in most photos. This was at around sunset and you can really see the soft golden colours on her face!
