Reshaping from the Core
Dial Design
_

Distinctive case remains the same as previously created for Zermatt ZT1. However, all the rest is new! We have wanted to go even further with opening a dial and showing what lays beneath the zones. The result is the new sleek skeleton grid dial made of three layers that still perfectly shows multiply time zones and trigger something in addition of timekeeping - keeping up with the rest of the world that has never been easier, or more stylish.

Dial Design
_

The aim of the project was creation of new timepiece based on Icelink well known mechanical movement used in Ambassador model. Zermatt timepiece goes with new conception, an idea to unified all time zones under one dial and one sapphire glass. Furthermore, as the common process in product design, we have started the dial and form exploraiton through sketching, 3d modeling and prototyping. Different ideas and directions has been tested until we laid eyes on skeleton approach.
