Mobile app for security Guards
This project was done aiming the faciliation of effective and efficient use of security guards time in the college campuses in India. Networking apps and gamified education are on the rise with huge consumers adaptability. So, our intent is to combine the two portals with a simple interface for the Security guards who are technologically backward. Combining the two allows easy switching between their duties and to utilize their passive duty hours (which is often spent waiting for the bell to ring) for their self development and education.
The inspiration of the targeted group was
a. The availability of opportunity to utilize the passive duty hours to educate themselves
b. Their requirement to gain new skills due to the early retirement ages with low recruitment ages.
c. Not so many scholarly articles were found in this field indicating a scope of work in the desired direction.

The application was designed with the consideration to create balance b/w duty and self improvization.
Moreover, it includes features to handle an alarm or call other guards for any emergency
or unexpected situation if it arises on the job along with a learning portal where guards can learn
primarily about other language or play some educative games.
