I always wanted to do a series of potraits.. in a particualr style and treatment...
as an exersize to extend a 'style' beyound a single piece thus trying to imrpove my painting skills....
After contemplating a lot on subjects i chose to paint a series of potraits of actors who have aged so gracefully that even in their grey hair and grizzled look they still elude all the charizsma , machoism and true 'grit' of a hero... in fact they are the chosen ones who look even better in their new avatar of a older rugged and wounded 'lion'...
