LOGO DESIGN FOR DELHI UNIVERSITY RESEARCH CENTRE
I designed a logo for an upcoming research centre based in Delhi University called CELPR- Centre for Environment Law, Policy and Research.
Following are the options for the logo design:
Option 1
The concept here was to incorporate the patterns found in nature the first one being the bark of the tree, followed by a pattern found on animal bodies, followed by microorgasmic pattern and lastly the pattern of the waves. The circular shape is taken to denote earth and the elements found inside it.
Option 2
Here, the five elements of nature i.e. water, plants. space, wind and fire are designed keeping CELPR in the middle (inside the space element). The single form is taken and reversed to make differerent elements of nature.
Option 3
Following by the principles of Panchmaha bhuta i.e the elements of nature found in Vedas namingly earth, water, fire, sky and wind. The sixth element is CELPR to show it's equivalence to the elements of nature.
