Why benches?

Next time you take a moment to rest on a bench, take the time to look around and let your surroundings sink in.

Next time you're waiting for someone and find youself sitting on a bench, imagine all the different people that have sat there in that exact spot.

Next time you're taking some time for youself and find yourself sitting on a bench, ask yourself questions you've been avoiding... and just think.
 
There might be people who are in the same situation you are in who sat in that spot.
There were people before you who thought the same thoughts in the same spot.
There will be people who will be feeling the same way in the same spot.

But you are the only you sitting then and there on that bench.
