The renderings, concept and design of this Urban Plan are a collaboration with classmate Roberto Aybar-Imbert
Extensive site analysis and research was done in preparation for design. Wetland locations, transportation, surrounding architectural styles and zoning were some of the many aspects of the site which were researched.
A physical site model was constructed at 1:700 scale. The pattern for urban growth was projected on this model, to a precise level of detail.
The studio class fabricated a site model base, which allowed each design to place their models within.
The masterplan design was derived from creating multiple centers.
