Tychy Falcons
An American football team from southern Poland. Tychy - the city of 130 000 citizens, dominated by sports like hockey and soccer for 30 years. It was time to make change, so a group of friends decided to start a football team the right way, on both athletic and visual levels.
First logo was good for the start, but not professional enough for the team with ambitions to win the championship. After two years of running the team we decided to change our visual identity for good. Nowadays, we are completely different team than we were 4 years ago. What then started from 3 friends without pads and helmets now became a family of over 60 players who won PLFA II Championship and achieved promotion to higher division.
I want to show some of the work done for Falcons.

PLAY BIG
"be big, think big, play big"
Play big was a team recruitment event aimed for XXL sized players.
We were searching for linemans for our second season.
Difficulity in this task was to move those big, often lazy guys from their sits and get them to our team.
Event was made including invite cards, website and video. It was a great success.
17 players, weight over 100 kg each were in half of february on Falcons Field getting ready for their first practice.
Also we had great feedback from allover country, with partnership offer in case of next that kind of event.
