Haven Beach is located in Mathews County, Virginia (Google). It on the lower Chesapeake Bay. This long exposure using a 10 stop ND filter just as the sun was peaking out here in early November. I shot this yesterday morning. 11/6/2017 The long exposure flattens out the water and streaks the clouds as well as the tall grasses. It also allows the green foreground to come out and the reflection in the water to spread out.
