So, I forgot about this image this last week, I got distracted by a course that I got recently and also college stuff.
I actually didn't even finished it, but I didn't wanted to spend more time in it, I'm kinda loaded of stuff to do right now.
Textures from Poliigon.com, Pixabay and some I did myself on Substance Designer (just reusing old stuff).

Done in Blender, rendered in Cycles, post processing on Krita.
